Our ACCENT e-books are in PDF format and the audio CDs are in MP3 format. The ACCENT video downloads include both mov and wmv format. CHILD video downloads are available in either M4V (i-pod, MAC) and WMV (PC). Please check the file size of your chosen digital products before making the purchase. For customers with dial-up internet connection, it may take a few hours to download.

After your order is accepted, you will receive an email entitled “Your order from Tarle Speech and Language”. Scroll down to “order details”. There you will find a link to your purchases. Click the link, then enter the “code” and your email. This will with take you to a page to download your files. You MUST save these files to your computer.

Digital products are not refundable.

Adding digital files to I-TUNES

Follow these simple steps to add a digital file to your I-TUNES library.

• Download digital files to a folder on your computer
• Open I-Tunes
• Select the FILE menu
• Then choose ADD FILE TO LIBRARY
• When prompted, select the file(s) to upload
• Click OPEN
• Look in “Movies” to find a video OR in “Music” to find an audio file

Syncing digital files to I-TUNES

Follow these simple steps to add a digital file to your I-TUNES library.

• Open I-Tunes
• Connect your device to the computer
• Under DEVICES on left hand side; select I-Phone or I-Pod
• Click on Movies on the top tab
• Select “Sync Movies”
• Choose the files that you want to sync or click “Automatically include all”
• Click APPLY
• Click SYNC
• On your device, your movies will appear under “videos”

Orders

Orders are accepted via this web site ONLY. NO orders will be accepted via fax, phone, or mail. Our products are not available in traditional or online book stores. Book stores falsely advertise that they can sell our books. They cannot. Jennifer Tarle is the author, publisher and sole source. We do not sell to any book store.

Shipping

US shipping: All products shipped via priority mail within three days of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

International shipping: All products shipped via USPS Global Express Guaranteed Document Service within three days of purchase. Shipping to international address may take up to 3 weeks, depending on the destination.

International Order

We ship to anywhere in the world. You are responsible for customs, duties and any applicable taxes. All prices are stated in US dollars.

Sales Tax

6.25% of sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Illinois, regardless of where the purchase originates. All other U.S. orders do not incur sales tax.

Return Policy

• Digital products (products available for downloading) are non-refundable.
• You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by this web site within 30 days for a full refund.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging to the following address:

• You pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable.
• International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping charges if order is refused.
